As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds in cases of change of mind or cancellation after the order has been placed. This applies regardless of whether the product has been used or not.
If your item arrives with defects, faults, or damage, you are entitled to make a complaint. Any visible defects or damage must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item. Each case will be reviewed, and if the claim is approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
In accordance with applicable consumer law, you are covered by a 24 month warranty for defects that are not caused by misuse, incorrect handling, or normal wear and tear. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.
